This website is operated by KALZAK DECORATION DESIGN & FIT OUT L.L.C (“Kalzak”, “we”, “us”), a company licensed in Dubai under trade licence no. 1004284, of Warehouse 7, Dubai Investment Park 2, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, project type, location and message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver and manage any project you ask us to carry out. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where a project goes ahead, for as long as required for the project and our legal, accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work properly. If we add analytics or embedded third-party content in future, we will update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by UAE law or a competent authority.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@kalzak.ae. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable UAE law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where it applies.
